Designed by Sébastien Bras and his father Michel, this restaurant-café overlooks the museum's spectacular glass dome, offering an intimate yet breathtaking view of the building's circular architecture. A timeless setting where heritage and contemporary creation meet. Conceived as an extension of the museum, the space captivates with its minimalist design by the Bouroullec brothers, clean lines, raw materials, delicate lighting... Every detail is in dialogue with the plate. For here, the kitchen is the image of the place, sensitive and essential. Sébastien Bras develops a modern gastronomy, centered on plants and grains, echoing the history of this former wheat market. A precise, poetic cuisine, free from traditional codes.
